How to you view wealth? It’s an adaptable concept that reflects your inner thoughts and beliefs.
Do you hate wealthy people and think they should be forced to give back the money they created? Are you uncomfortable when you have more than you need? Do you enjoy the finer things in life but you don’t believe you deserve them?
These perspectives about wealth are not really about the other person who seems to have more than you. What these viewpoints reveal is your the current state of your own inner Wealth Table.
When you focus on the abundance experienced by others, and compare it to your own sense of lack, you are playing the world’s game. When you pin your happiness to a future event (a new job, a romantic partner, a better home, etc.), you will never be happy or content. The world outside will always distract you with “more” or “not enough.”
The source of happiness is never outside of you. It always lies inside your relationship to yourself.
Love & light, Kathryn
The Wealth Table also has an outside component, which is why I teamed up with Kimberly Y. Evans, of Purposed Consulting, to teach you how to manage your money and invest wisely.
We are live on Facebook every Tuesday, from 11:30 – 11:45 CT, teaching about mindset, inner work, and the outward decisions you make with your money.
Please join us! Everyone is invited to The Wealth Table, where everyone is celebrated.
